Play Atomic Gringo with the Keyboard, Use the Q, A, P, and L keys to punch in each direction, and take out the enemies who want to ruin your rhythm. Fill your rage meter with well-timed hits. When it's full, press the Spacebar to take out all enemies on screen! Some tips for you: Enemies flash white when they enter your range. If you miss a punch you lose your combo multiplier.
